Altogether there are 15 startups who could make noise in the Indian startup economy in this week. Pune-based data science company, Pivotchain Solutions provides solutions such as credit scorecards, alternate data scorecards, delinquency prediction, fraud risk management, campaign analytics, supply chain analytics, operations/logistics optimization in real time, among several others.

· Funding: MobiKwik has invested Rs 2 crore in Pivotchain Solutions.

Network Intelligence

Mumbai-based cyber security startup Network Intelligence, provider of services, solutions and products in the cybersecurity sector. It is an ISO 27001 certified cyber security consulting agency.

· Founded Year: 2001

· Founders: K K Mookhey

· Funding: Network Intelligence has secured an amount of Rs. 330 Million from Helix Investments in a private equity round of funding. This security startup plans to deploy funds for product development, expanding operations abroad to the US & Europe and it is looking to sustain a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 40-50% soon.

Everyday Gourmet Kitchen Foods

Mumbai-based Everyday Gourmet Kitchen Foods is a food processing enterprise. The startup primarily focuses on onions and its by-products, along with onion processing.

· Funding: EGK Foods has secured an amount of Rs. 20 Million in seed funding from Pradyumna Kokil.

HomeLane

HomeLane, a Bangalore based startup offers personalized design service where their experienced interior designers work to customize designs with no extra cost. It enables homebuyers to select kitchen, wardrobe or wall unit combinations with different layouts, designs, colours, and finishes.

· Founders: Rama Harinath, Srikanth Iyer, Vivek Parasuram

· Funding: HomeLane, online home interiors marketplace has secured an $3.5 Million from Brand Capital in Series D round of funding. The startup plans to deploy its funds for expanding operations, branding and to double the number of experience centres in existing markets by 2018.

Nivesh.com

Noida based Nivesh.com is an enables intelligent and automated mass market mutual funds investment platform. The startup uses Aadhar based e-KYC to eliminate hassles around onboarding of first-time customers.

· Founders: Anurag Garg, Sridhar Srinivasan

· Funding: Nivesh.com has secured an amount of Rs. 30 Million in a seed round of funding from LetsVenture, Rajan Anandan (Google India MD) and Basab Pradhan (former Infosys Global Sales Head) are among the major angel investors in the venture.

NirogStreet

Gurgaon-based technology led Ayurveda platform NirogStreet, is an Ayurvedic doctor discovery and appointment booking platform where patients can easily find doctors and fix consultation.

· Funding: NirogStreet has secured an amount of $300k in a seed round of funding from Spiral Ventures Pte Ltd. The startup plans to use these funds for the technological advancement of their platform dedicated to make Ayurveda the first call of treatment globally, in spreading awareness and visibility about Ayurveda.

Satya MicroCapital

New Delhi-based non-banking financial company Satya MicroCapital believes in the ideology to bring social touch and high technology in the Indian microfinance industry.

· Funding: Satya MicroCapital has secured an amount of Rs. 114. 8 Million in a Venture round of funding from unknown investors.

Wow! Momo

Kolkata based Wow! Momo is one of the fastest growing food brands in India. It is a fast food chain of restaurants basically specializes in momos.

· Founded Year: 2008

· Founders: Sagar Daryani, Binod Homagai, Shah Miftaur Rahman

· Funding: This offline startup has secured Rs. 30 Million from William Bissell (Managing Director, FabIndia) in a venture round of funding.

Pixr8

Pixr8 is an online digital media platform dedicated for Business and Startups & SMEs. The startup is focussed at the intersection of platforms, publishers and communities.

· Founded Year: Oct 28, 2014

· Founders: Nitish Singh

· Funding: Pixr8 has secured an amount of $50K in seed round of funding from an angel investor. The startup plans to use the funds to expand customer base, to acquire readership and hire new talent that could boost market reach and business operations.

DailyNinja

Bangalore based DailyNinja, is a subscription-based delivery platform. This unique hyperlocal delivery platform caters to the regular needs of people, daily at their doorstep.

· Funding: DailyNinja has secured an amount of $3 Million in a series A round of funding from Saama Capital. The startup wants to utilize its funds for its growth and expansion.

CredAble

Mumbai-based Supply chain finance startup CredAble, combines technology, financing, deep learning, and analytics to create innovative supply chain financing products dynamically.

· Founders: Nirav Choksi

· Funding: Credable has secured an amount of Rs. 1 Billion in Series A round of funding from Alpha capital. The startup plans to use the funds to expand loan book, accelerate its growth, building a robust technology backbone and to develop value propositions across additional ecosystems such as manufacturing, etc.

What’s Up Life

Gurugram-based online lifestyle media platform What’s Up Life, is the ultimate potpourri of events,places,people and hangouts.

· Founders: Gaurav H Luthra

· Funding: What’s Up Life raised an undisclosed amount of funding from Rannvijay Singh (actor).

eShakti

Chennai-based women’s fashion brand startup eShakti, Offering both style and fit customization for women. It an international fashion e-commerce company making custom clothing.

· Founded Year: 2001

· Founders: B.G. Krishnan

· Funding: eShakti has secured an amount Rs. 750 Million in Private equity round of funding from Paragon Partners. The startup plans to use its fresh funds to fuel growth plans.

Aye Finance

Gurgaon-based Aye Finance is a micro lending platform which provides financial services to micro and small businesses.

· Founders: Sanjay Sharma, Vikram Jetley

· Funding: Fintech startup Aye Finance, has secured an amount of $21.5 Million in a series C round of funding led by CapitalG. The startup plans to use its funds to ramp up business operations and technology.

Theranosis Life Sciences

Hyderabad-based medical diagnostic startup Theranosis Life Sciences, aims to explore non-invasive diagnostics for cancer patients and has patented a device that can reduce the need for surgical biopsies.

· Funding: Theranosis Life Sciences has secured undisclosed amount in seed round of funding from Mumbai Angels Network. The startup plans to use the funds to exhibit revolutionary innovations in the cancer treatment landscape.
